The device generates high-temperature steam and pressure during operation. Do not force the chamber door open while the device is running. The unit includes door interlock protection, and the chamber door must not be opened while pressure remains inside. After the cycle finishes, wait until pressure is released and the temperature has decreased before removing instruments to avoid burns or steam injury.
Only place instruments and materials suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure steam sterilization inside the device. Do not process items that are not heat-resistant, not pressure-resistant, flammable, explosive, corrosive, or unsuitable for steam sterilization. Wrapped and hollow instruments should be placed according to the instruction manual to avoid affecting sterilization performance.
Before cleaning, maintenance, draining, or moving the device, turn it off and disconnect the power. Regularly check the water tank, water quality, sealing ring, chamber door, and drainage system. If the device shows abnormal alarms, leakage, smell, smoke, abnormal pressure, abnormal temperature, or failure to operate normally, stop using it immediately and contact qualified personnel. Do not disassemble or repair it yourself. Children and untrained users must not operate this device.
