Returns and Refunds Policy
This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to products sold by BEAUTY DEF S.R.L. trading under the name ISARO through isaromilano.com. It explains withdrawal rights, return conditions, and refund procedures.

Introduction
This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to products sold by BEAUTY DEF S.R.L. trading under the name ISARO (“we”, “us” or “our”) through this website, isaromilano.com.
This Policy explains how consumers may request returns, refunds, exchanges, or exercise their statutory right of withdrawal after purchasing our products. This Policy does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
In the event of any discrepancy or ambiguity between different language versions, the Italian version shall prevail.

Please include the following information in your email:
- order number;
- the name and email address used when placing the order;
- the product for which you are requesting a return, refund, or exchange;
- the reason for the return, refund, or exchange;
- if the product is damaged, defective, missing, incorrectly delivered, or does not correspond to the order, please provide photographs of the product, external packaging, and shipping label.
2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you purchase products from our website as a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date on which you receive the products, without giving any reason.
For orders containing multiple products delivered separately, the withdrawal period will generally begin on the date on which you receive the last product.
If the final day of the withdrawal period falls on a non-business day, the period shall be extended to the next business day in accordance with applicable law.
To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires, by sending an email to: service@beautydef.it.
You may also use the “online withdrawal form” provided on this website.
Your right of withdrawal shall be deemed exercised in time if you send a clear statement of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
3. Deadline for Returning Products After Withdrawal
If you lawfully exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send back or hand over the relevant products to us within 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from the contract.
Before returning any product, please contact us at service@beautydef.it so that we can provide you with the return address and return instructions.
Packages returned without prior contact may result in processing delays.
4. Return Conditions
Returned products should comply with the following conditions:
- the products should be unused, undamaged, uncontaminated, and, where possible, returned with their original packaging, tags, seals, accessories, and accompanying documents;
- the products should not be opened, used, tested, or handled in a manner that affects hygiene, safety, product integrity, or resaleability;
- the return parcel should be properly packaged to avoid damage during transport;
- you should retain proof of shipment and the tracking number until the refund or exchange has been completed.
5. Circumstances Where the Right of Withdrawal or Return May Not Apply
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply, returns may be refused, or only a partial refund may be available in the following cases:
- sealed consumable goods that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery, unless the product is defective;
- products made to the consumer’s specifications, personalised products, or products clearly tailored to individual needs;
- products damaged due to improper storage, use, handling, or inadequate return packaging by the consumer;
- digital content, services, gift cards, or other goods for which the right of withdrawal is excluded by law;
- returned products that do not correspond to the original order;
- cases where the consumer cannot provide proof of purchase;
- cases involving fraud, abuse of the returns policy, or abnormal return behaviour.
6. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- send an email to service@beautydef.it within the applicable time limit;
- or use the online return function provided on this website;
- provide the purchaser’s information, order number, product name, reason for return, and any relevant photographs;
- wait for our confirmation and return instructions;
- return the product to the designated return address in accordance with the instructions;
- retain proof of shipment and the tracking number until the refund or exchange has been completed.
7. Return Shipping Costs
If you return a product by exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the product shall be borne by you, unless we agree to bear such cost or applicable law provides otherwise.
If the return is due to damaged products, defective products, products not corresponding to the order, incorrect products, missing products, or any other error attributable to us, we will bear the reasonable return costs in accordance with applicable law, or provide a prepaid return label, exchange, replacement shipment, refund, or any other remedy applicable by law.
If additional costs arise because the consumer independently chooses a return method that is not necessary or has not been approved by us in advance, we may not bear such additional costs, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
8. Refund Processing
If you lawfully exercise your right of withdrawal, refunds will be processed as follows:
Refund timing: We will process the refund without undue delay from the date on which we receive your withdrawal notice and, in any event, no later than 14 days from that date.
Withholding of refund: Unless we have offered to collect the products ourselves, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the products back.
Refund method: The refund will be made using the same payment method originally used by you, unless you expressly agree to another refund method and provided that you do not incur any additional costs as a result.
Scope of refund: Where the statutory right of withdrawal is lawfully exercised, the refund will generally include the purchase price and standard delivery costs (least expensive method).
The actual time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on the processing procedures of banks and payment service providers.
9. Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, visibly defective, missing, does not correspond to the order, or has been incorrectly delivered by us, please contact us as soon as possible at: service@beautydef.it
- the order number;
- photographs of the damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product;
- photographs of the external packaging and shipping label;
- a description of the issue.
10. Exchanges
We may offer exchanges subject to stock availability. If you wish to exchange a colour, model, or other product, please contact us first to confirm whether an exchange is possible.
We may be unable to offer exchanges for products that have been opened, used, have broken seals, or are contaminated, whose hygiene condition cannot be verified.
11. Uncollected Parcels and Delivery Failure
If a parcel is returned to us because the consumer failed to collect it, refused delivery without justification, provided an incorrect address, or failed to cooperate with customs/delivery, we will process the refund or reshipment after the parcel is returned and inspected.
To the extent permitted by law, we may deduct reasonable costs caused by the consumer (e.g. return shipping, redelivery costs).
12. Promotions, Discounts, and Sets
If you return products purchased using a discount code, promotion, bundle, or set offer, the refund amount will be calculated based on the amount you actually paid and promotional rules.
If the return causes the order to no longer meet the conditions of a promotion, we may deduct the corresponding discount or benefit from the refund.
13. Gifts, Free Gifts, and Samples
Free gifts, samples, or promotional gifts provided with an order should be returned together with the returned products. If not returned, we may deduct their reasonable value from the refund.
14. B2B and Professional Customers
The consumer right of withdrawal primarily applies to customers purchasing for non-professional purposes. Providing a VAT number during checkout indicates a business purchase, where statutory withdrawal rights generally do not apply.
15. Refund Refusal
We may refuse a refund or offer only a partial refund if the product has been clearly used beyond inspection, hygiene seals are broken on consumables, damage was caused by the consumer, or accessories are missing.
16. Statutory Guarantee
This Policy does not limit the consumer’s statutory guarantee of conformity rights. For new goods, the guarantee period is 2 years from delivery.
Under the Italian Consumer Code, Implementive Directive (EU) 2019/771, conformity issues appearing within 12 months are presumed to have existed at delivery.
17. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by Italian law. For consumers residing in the EU/EEA, this does not affect mandatory rights in your country of residence.

If you have a complaint, please first contact service@beautydef.it. You may also seek assistance from Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) bodies or the European ODR platform.
19. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will apply to requests made after its publication.
